From dancer Kanako Nakajima and artist Mick O'Shea, Kuu is an improvisation performance using the technique of Butoh, a dance style originating in Japan after WW2, a dance that concentrates on the here and now, without being stuck in the past or future.
The sound will be improvised on self made instruments and will be played in dialogue with the dance, where the symbiotic relationship is equal and interdependent.
